This thread is a repost of mine i started back at my last job...been here for 16 months so i'm guessing it was nearly 2 years ago when i did it It had hundred and hundreds of replies....i'm doing it differently then your's where everyone gets to have input instead of everyone waiting on me each time for a pic to be re-posted/updated....if i'm not available 24/7 then the rest of the world can still play
